"We bought a house with a Viking built-in grill which was filthy... it appears the previous owners never cleaned it and took poor care of it in general. Also, it didn't heat evenly and the igniters didn't work. The initial appointment to evaluate our grill was made at a convenient time for us and the technician showed up on time. He was very professional and told us exactly what we needed to make the grill good as new.
Wes completely refurbished the grill. He was out there for most of the day taking it apart, cleaning the individual pieces, and reassembling it. When he was finished, it looked like a brand new grill, just like the ones at the showroom. It now has electric ignition and heats perfectly evenly.
I couldn't be happier with our experience with BBQ renew and Wes specifically. The price was reasonable and the outcome was spectacular. We had some questions about the operation of some components (rotisserie burner and smoker) and Wes showed me how to use them. He was also available for some after-the-fact questions by text.
I definitely recommend BBQ renew to my friends and we plan on having them out for routine maintenance/cleaning in the future."
