"BBQ Renew came to my home within 15 minutes of returning my call. He is courteous and professional. The tech, Jay, did a good job of restoring my long-neglected Viking grill. I was thinking of buying a $300 - $400 grill at Lowe's or Home Depot, but am glad that I opted to have my Viking restored. First of all, it is a superior grill to the $300 - $400 ones and now works and looks like almost-new. Secondly, I did not want to contribute to our landfills. I will recommend them to my friends."
