"In 2007, I purchased an outdoor grill/island from Outdoor Kitchen Concepts. The grill that I purchased is a 37" Calise gourmet grill. I upgraded to the "gourmet" grill because it came with a lifetime warrantee.

Well, Outdoor Kitchen Concepts went out of business and there went my warrantee. When I called BBQ Renew, they sent out a representative the next day. He was courteous and professional. That same day, my parts were ordered, and the tech showed up to start the deluxe cleaning. He was prompt, quick, thorough and clean! The parts showed up the next day and I scheduled installation the following day.

My grill looks and works great! I thank BBQ Renew for getting my Calise back into great shape and getting me bbq'ing again. I would highly recommend them to anyone."
