"We have an 11 year old Lynx grill that we inherited with our home 3 years ago. We weren't sure if it had ever been cleaned or serviced, but we suspected it had never been cleaned. This year, the light broke and one of the burners stopped working, so we decided to call BBQ Renew.
Mike, the owner, was very responsive and came out to assess the situation. He was very professional and thorough, gave us a written estimate which we felt was fair, and we lined up the work. Surprisingly they had an opening the very next day which we took.
The two representatives of the company came out slightly ahead of their scheduled time (hey, better early than late!), and went right to work. They spent three full hours doing a full restoration cleaning, replaced the burners and light, cleaned and lubricated the valves, and replaced the ceramic briquettes. They tested it all out with me there. It looks virtually brand new. Simply an excellent job!
I have no idea what the negative comments about BBQ Renew are about below, but in my experience, these guys were simply outstanding. I can't recommend them more highly. Far better than replacing an entire Lynx grill in cost and very responsive and thorough.
Now, time to grill some Carne Asada, Brats or Burgers...."
