Your company came to my home in Orange yesterday to perform cleaning and repair of my BBQ. Having owned my owned my own businesses for over 25 years, I know that all too often the only follow up you get to a completed job is a problem call or email follow up. This is not that email. Cole performed an excellent job yesterday of a very difficult BBQ. He called me when he knew that he wouldn’t make the agreed upon appointment time which was appreciated, and did a great job of moving things around and leaving a clean work area when finished.
