"Called in the Friday before Father's Day to see if they could come by LAST MINUTE on Saturday before that Sunday to surprise my dad with a clean sparkling grill for Father's Day. Keli, whom I spoke with on the phone was super cool and very accommodating! She wasn't sure if they would be able to come by on such short notice because they were booked but offered the alternative of scheduling something for a few days after Father's Day and getting me a certificate to put into a card! Very sweet and thoughtful work around! Long story short, the technician who was to clean the BBQ was willing to work overtime and squeeze us in on Saturday before Father's Day. Seriously!? So freaking awesome. Keli even got me a "go outside and checkout your clean grill" certificate to put in the Father's Day card and it really set everything off! The BBQ came out spotless and my dad was so happy! Reasonable price, great service and quality and easy to set up. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!"
