"I was a little hesitant about spending $200 to have my grill cleaned. But after reading 100 Yelp reviews, I figured I'd give it a shot and contacted BBQ Renew on Saturday at 9:33 PM. The owner (Michael) got back to me at 9:36 PM (yes, 3 minutes later) with details and firm pricing. He was straight forward (no games or gimmicks) and set me up with an appointment for Wednesday at 2:00 PM. At 1:30 PM I got a text from the technician (Austen) who said he would be at my home in 25 minutes. At 2:00 PM on the dot my doorbell rang. Austen and I had a thorough look at my grill, he explained the cleaning process, and he answered a dozen of my questions. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Austen also gave me realistic expectations on what areas might be a challenge. I liked that, especially since I'm someone that understands the laws of physics, and I know that a heavily used grill wouldn't likely look brand new at the end. However I must admit that Austen exceeded my expectations and got pretty darn close to brand new."
