Bought a new house with no NG line so needed to convert my Swiss Grill to LG. No problem, the BBQ came with orifice caps to reduce to LG. Well, i broke 2 of 5. Call Swiss grill, out of business, call the company that built my island, out of business. Now I'm in a panic thinking a may've just bricked my $1,500 BBQ because i broke 2 irreplaceable parts. I probably talked to 20 companies that weren't interested in helping me despite me providing pictures of the orifices, thread pitches, etc in an attempt to source these from someone who knows BBQs and Gas line parts better than me.
Mike was the only one who was confident he could fix the grill. I paid him to clean the grill and fix the orifices; for the amount of work he put into sourcing a compatible orifice and drilling it to match the others in place, he was a bargain! One of a kind, custom made orifices saved me from having to buy a new BBQ - Both times he came out to work on the grill (only charged me for the 1st appointment), his technician showed up on time and did awesome work.
I'm back to grilling and am stoked i called BBQ Renew! Thanks again, Mike!
