"Super impressed with BBQ Renew! At first I was disappointed--I scheduled an appt online for the following week--did not receive a call and no one showed up. Oh well. 2 days later I received a call from Mike to schedule my appt the following Tuesday. All uphill from there. We received an upfront quote from John, with no sleezy sales pitch. Lucky us, they had a last minute cancellation, had the parts we needed in stock, so they were able to do the service the next day. Woo hoo! We have a 13 year old Fire Magic that no longer worked--in fact, it hadn't been working that great for several years. Austen did an amazing job--our grill almost looks new and works better than it has in years. Burners and grates were replaced and our grill cleaned. OMG! I actually said WOW, when I saw the grill for the first time. Austen not only cleaned our grill, but cleaned up, so there was no evidence he was there--other than the awesomely clean grill, of course. Everyone we interacted with from the office staff, to our quote to our service: was friendly, professional and upbeat. We received a call or text to let us know they were on their way.
