"I needed some service on my built in gas grill and gave BBQ Renew a call. I scheduled an appointment, and a representative arrived the following week. Upon arrival, the representative indicated some parts for my grill no longer existed, but they could make some adjustments to the cast iron burners to make the BBQ light more efficiently. Although my grill was pretty clean, the representative indicated a cleaning would also be included with the job.

On the day of the work, another representative arrived, cleaned out the cast iron ports, cleaned the entire BBQ, and the side burner. The representative did a very good job. In fact, when I do my quarterly cleaning, it takes a couple of days to scrub the parts, soak the parts, and put it back together. This representative, however, had everything completed in only a couple of hours. The BBQ lights faster now and looks great. At least I do not have to deep clean it for a while. Overall, BBQ Renew earned 5 stars from the scheduling employee to the actual BBQ repairman. I will use their service in the future."
